All products sold on Rasoi Rangat fall under the food category. Therefore, returns are not accepted once the order has been delivered. Customers are advised to review product details carefully before placing an order.
2. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged during transit
- The product is defective, contaminated, or unfit for consumption
- The product received is incorrect (wrong item delivered)
3. Reporting an Issue
To initiate a refund request, customers must:
- Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photo or video evidence of the product condition
- Share order details (Order ID, date of purchase)
Requests submitted after the specified time frame may not be considered.
4. Verification & Approval
All complaints will be reviewed by our quality team. Rasoi Rangat reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests after verification.
5. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method or shared bank account
6. Non-Refundable Cases
- Change of mind or personal taste preference
- Product has been used, opened, or partially consumed
- Improper storage or handling by the customer
- Delay in raising the complaint beyond 48 hours
7. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled only before dispatch
- Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted
